It forces me to connect with my body, hence to really feel the emotions I automatically avoid feeling when I tried psychotherapies that rely on speaking. I discover more about my drives and my fears than I would do otherwise.

There is a good balance of interactions and movements/dance. There is always a small discussion after each dance, which helps me to put into words what I felt and to think about it.

I feel heard when I speak to Maike, which is very important to me.
